{Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations}

I don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

 

{Shipping Times and Shipping Price}

• Shipping price you see is a flat rate price. This means that no matter how many items you order from my shop, you will only be charged this shipping fee one time per order. There is no charge for additional items in your order.

• Shipping is via Canada Post

• Shipping within Canada normally takes 2-15 business days depending upon your location

• Shipping times do not include creation times. Shipping times start once your package has been dropped off with Canada Post.

Physical items will be shipped to the address you provide to Wix. Digital items will be emailed email address you provide in the system.

On your receipt you will see the creation time. Creation time on your receipt shows how long it takes for me to create your item. I do not guarantee the date your package will arrive to you by, but you will be sent a tracking number for your order so that you can track your package via Canada Post’s website.

I ship to the shipping address you provide when you place your order. If a wrong shipping address was accidently put in the shipping instructions on the order and the order gets returned to us after the shipping you will need to pay the shipping fee once again to get the order out to your correct address. I'm sorry, I do not refund for wrong shipping addresses on order forms.

Return To Sender Packages:
Return to sender packages are considered forced returns. I do not refund packages that are marked return to sender or non-deliverable. If this does happen and you want it resent out again, you will need to pay postage for shipping it out a second time.

***Please note: Ship by dates are guaranteed. I do not guarantee arrival dates. I can not issue a refund for orders, that do not arrive "on time", due to postal delays.****

• For the time being, my business is currently exempt from having to charge GST/HST/PST.

{Made to order}

Most of the items in my shop is made to order when you order them. I do not usually carry pre-painted stock on hand. When you order this item from my shop, it will be specially created for you. Your item will look similar but not exactly like the photos in listing. Due to the handmade/hand painted nature of the product, yours will be similar but not exact. I will replicate your order as as closely as possible to my hand painted original artwork photographed in the listing. Photos in listing are for example purposes only.
 

• Because all screens are different, and yours is different from mine, colours may vary a bit from what you see on screen.

• Natural wood is beautiful! Wood sometimes has knots and mineral streaks in it, this is part of the beauty of solid wood. Wood grains will vary from what is shown.

• Due to the handmade nature of the products, hand painted design and hand painted pattern will vary slightly from what you see in the photos. It will be similar but not exact.

• All prices, pictures and descriptions and availability of items on this site are subject to change without prior notice.

• When you place your order with me, you agree to the price and terms indicated on our website on the day of your order purchase. Price differences related to future or past prices in our store are non-refundable.

• By placing an order with me, you understand and agree that you have understood the listing, taken note of all materials used and finished sizes of items, understand what comes with the item listing you purchased, agree to the terms and conditions of refunds/exchanges and have read the product descriptions.
